Partner Highlight: The Martin-Brower Company, LLC

The Martin-Brower Company recently completed several energy efficiency upgrades at their Conroe distribution center. The company received $935 in incentives for using energy-efficient HVAC-DX/heat pump equipment when constructing its new warehouse, along with $1,350 for installing LED lighting as part of a warehouse expansion. The company received even more money — over $10,000 in incentives — when they retrofitted their main building with LEDs. Together, these projects are saving 266,032 kWh. The energy they are saving is equal to 187 metric tons of carbon dioxide. Martin-Brower plans to continue working with the Commercial Solutions Program to make compressor and controls upgrades next year.
